Supershot
The SuperShot Challenge is an annual day-long event in aid of charity, with in excess of 130 participants shooting 6 different shooting competitions – Archery, Clay, 22 Pistol, Fullbore Rifle, Air Pistol and Smallbore Rifle
The Society support and run the Archery element of the competition instructing and guiding competitors. It is a fascinating test of all-round ability for both beginners and experienced shots alike.
ARCHERY GB’S BIG WEEKEND
Since it’s inception, the Society has supported Archery’ GB’s nationwide event, the Big Weekend. Run from our Crabbe range, the society opens its doors to the general public to join us at our have-a-go-day. So, if you’re a fan of The Hunger Games or Robin Hood, inspired by the Olympics or Paralympics, want to find a new, fun hobby, then why not come along and shoot some arrows.
JERSEY HERITAGE
In April, the Jersey Archery Society support Jersey Heritage’s free admission open day at Elizabeth Castle, raising awareness of our Islands heritage, supporting the trust’s restoration fund and providing the whole family with a fun archery experience in this magical historic setting.
